Water provision for women and families in Syria
Help us provide access to clean water to women, widows and families. This is a critical prioritie due to the ongoing war in northern and eastern Syria.
Currently, widows are the most at risk of being excluded from humanitarian aid and services and are especially vulnerable to gender-based violence. Yet, they and their children remain largely deprioritized by donors and are mostly invisible in humanitarian operations in Syria.
Mental health support for women in the area of Greater Cairo
STOPPING intergenerational trauma is in your hands.
According to UN data 86 percent of married women aged 15-49 years have undergone female genital mutilation (FGM) creating long lasting trauma and impact on mental health.
You can help to provide mental health service to this women in need. Together with our local partners we will provide psychological group and individual sessions to those who experienced Female Genital Mutilation or any other form of physical, sexual, or psychological abuse.
